My name is Na Eun Kim and I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. I am about to graduate from the School of Visual Arts with a degree in design and now I seek to reveal the world of design through a magnifying glass.
I approach design with a keen eye for detail, much like examining the world through a magnifying glass. My unique life experiences have shaped the way I see things. At the age of 15, I learned about my dyslexia diagnosis. The preference for a visual learning style,—discovered through my dyslexia, greatly influences how I approach design. Finding joy and efficiency in perceiving and recalling information visually, and embracing this perspective to tackle design challenges with a positive and enriching dimension. Rather than a source of shame, my dyslexia has become an asset that contributes positively to my design studies.
